Your customers learn by doing, not watching. Vocareum customer education labs give each learner a live copy of your product, with accounts, data, and GPUs attached, then clean up when they’re done.
Nothing for customers to install · no trial accounts to approve · no GPUs to procure · no cleanup
Customer education labs run in 3 steps: connect your product, guide each learner, and measure results. Vocareum handles the accounts, compute, and cleanup.
01
Point Vocareum at your platform, whether it runs as a cloud service, a workspace, a database, or on GPU-backed machines. Then define the sandbox once: seed data, model weights, feature flags, permissions, and limits.
02
Each customer opens a course and gets their own running copy beside step-by-step instructions. Every step is checked against what they actually did in the product before the next unlocks.
03
Completion, scores, and usage flow to your LMS or CRM. Sandboxes and their compute expire on schedule, so no customer holds a stale environment and no GPU sits idle on your bill.
Four patterns we see most often in customer education. Pick the one closest to your product.
Like AWS
Cloud and infrastructure vendors give each learner a real account with the services, regions, and limits the course needs. Customers deploy, break, and fix things in your platform without touching production or their company's billing.
Live AWS console inside a Vocareum lab. Also supported: Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Databricks, NVIDIA.
Like Databricks
Data and AI platform vendors drop each learner into a workspace where the cluster is already up, the sample data is loaded, and the notebook explains the feature they're about to use. Customers run real pipelines on day one.

Like Neo4j
Database and developer-tool vendors give each learner a live instance preloaded with a sample dataset, so customers write their first query before they've read a page of docs. Instances reset per learner and per cohort.

Isolated database instance in a Vocareum lab. MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Neo4j supported.
Like NVIDIA
AI infrastructure and model vendors need customers to run something on real accelerators before it clicks. Vocareum attaches metered GPU time to each learner's sandbox, with your frameworks, containers, and weights already there, so a fine-tuning lab starts in seconds instead of a procurement cycle.

GPU-backed lab with governed usage. Dedicated GPUs, HPC clusters, bare metal, virtual and on-prem.
Every sandbox ships the same way: isolated per learner, compute attached only while it's needed, embedded in your academy or docs, results passed back to your systems.
“We’ve standardized on Vocareum’s education technology platform for our asynchronous, instructor-led and bootcamp courses, providing learners with hands-on, full-access experiences in Databricks.”

Vocareum absorbs what usually lands on you: setup friction, credential sprawl, support tickets, and the surprise cloud bill. Your engineers could build all of this, but their time is better spent on your product.
No installs, no drivers, no credential handouts. Instead, a browser is all they need to get into your product.
Hard caps per learner, idle timers, GPU-hour limits and auto-teardown, so the surprise bill never arrives.
Pre-provision hundreds of identical sandboxes before a workshop, conference lab or launch-day cohort starts.
Real-time feedback on each learner’s actual work while they’re in your product, grounded in your docs.
Build a lab pattern once with your environments, data and assessments, then reuse it for every cohort.
Assess the real code, notebooks, cloud tasks and deployments customers produce, instead of quiz answers.
LMS, LTI, SSO, gradebooks and customer academies, or fully embedded via REST API.
GDPR, FERPA and WCAG 2.1 AA, so you’re ready for the security review.
Self-paced, live, at an event, or embedded in your docs. The same customer education labs, governance, and in-lab AI support underneath every delivery mode.
Always-on sandboxes with auto-checking and a 24/7 Socratic AI tutor. Customers practice anytime and get instant feedback with no staff on call.
Run live cohorts with real-time dashboards and shared environments. Instructors can drop into any customer’s sandbox to unblock them in the moment.
Standardized, resettable, proctor-ready environments with performance-based scoring on your live product. Each attempt is also identical and secure.
Persistent workspaces for sales engineers and partners, built on the same sandboxes your customers use. Progress saves across sessions and scales from one cohort to the next.
Pre-provision identical sandboxes for hundreds of attendees, all launched from one shared link. When the workshop ends, everything is cleaned up and nothing is left billing.
Onboard users inside your real product with governed, white-labeled sandboxes embedded directly in your own site, academy, or documentation, or shared with a customer’s internal teams.

Customer education labs give each learner a live, isolated copy of your platform for one course. It could be a cloud account, a workspace, a database instance, or a GPU-backed machine with your SDK installed. Vocareum creates it when the learner starts, keeps it inside the limits you set, and removes it when they finish.
No. Vocareum provisions the sandbox in Vocareum-managed accounts or your own, including GPU capacity, and attaches it to the learner’s session. Customers also sign in through your SSO and never handle credentials, quotas, or procurement.
You specify the accelerator class a lab needs. Vocareum attaches it to each learner’s sandbox only while that lab is running, meters GPU hours against a per-learner cap, shuts down idle sessions, and releases the capacity afterward. For workshops you can pre-provision seats in bulk.
Yes. Labs launch from a single link and can be embedded white-label in your academy, documentation, or LMS through LTI 1.3, with rosters and score passback where configured.
Every learner runs under a budget for compute, GPU hours, and cloud spend. Resources auto-terminate, sandboxes expire on schedule, and usage is visible per learner and per cohort while the course runs.
Yes. A single course can give a learner a cloud account, a data workspace, a database, and GPU time together when your product spans them, all provisioned and governed as one sandbox.
Learner compute and storage can run in the region you choose, including AWS Asia Pacific regions, and optionally inside your own cloud account. Orchestration is US-hosted.
Many teams try. The hard parts are isolating an account for every learner, keeping participants from breaking out of the sandbox or spinning up expensive instances, provisioning everything a course needs, and cleaning it all up afterward. Your engineers could build that, but it pulls them off your product. Vocareum handles it so they don’t have to.
Bring one onboarding task from your product. We’ll stand it up as a live, guided lab on the call, GPU included if it needs one.
